How do I book a villa in Mallorca?

Send a booking request from any villa page with your dates and number of guests. No payment is needed to send it: our team checks availability and confirms the price and terms in writing. Villas with a live calendar also show availability for your dates and can be booked online. A booking is confirmed only after payment and written confirmation.

Do I have to pay to send a booking request?

No. Every villa can be requested with no payment. A 25% deposit applies only if you choose to book a live-calendar villa online; the payment terms for the balance and any security deposit are shown before you pay.

Is there a minimum stay?

It depends on the villa and the season. Each villa page shows its minimum stay where one has been set.

What is included in each villa?

Each villa page lists the bedrooms, bathrooms, guest capacity, location, amenities and photos. Features such as a pool, sea views or a gym vary by villa, and you can browse collections by feature, such as sea-view or heated-pool villas.

Which areas of Mallorca have villas?

Villas are spread across the island: Palma, Pollença and Alcúdia, Andratx and the south-west, the Serra de Tramuntana, the south-east and inland Mallorca. Each area has its own collection page.

Are the villas suitable for families?

Many are. Check the guest capacity, bedrooms and amenities on each villa page, and ask our team about cots, high chairs or pool safety before you book.

Can you add a car or a yacht to our stay?

Yes. Azul Stays, Azul Cars and Bluebnc Yachting are all part of Azul Privé, so our Palma team can add a car delivered to your villa, a yacht charter or restaurant bookings.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the villa and are shown before you pay. Our general terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you need a different time, ask our team when you book and we will confirm in writing whether the villa can accommodate it.

Is there a tourist tax for villas in Mallorca?

Yes. The Balearic sustainable tourism tax applies to holiday rentals: €2.20 per guest aged 16 or over per day from May to October and €0.55 from November to April (10% VAT included). From the ninth day of the same stay it is halved. The amount is set by law and your quote confirms it.

Is there a security deposit or a cleaning fee?

The security deposit depends on the villa: your quote states the amount and how it is held and returned. There is no cleaning fee for standard cleaning; any extra cleaning you request is confirmed in your quote.

    The north has long sandy bays, the Tramuntana mountain villages and sea cliffs, the south-west marinas and quick access to Palma, the south-east small coves and the inland countryside fincas.

  2. Check the drive

    Each villa page shows the drive from its municipality to Palma airport and the city centre.

  3. Mind the minimum stay

    Minimum stays vary by villa and season and are shown on each villa page. For July and August, send your request early.

  4. Ask for what matters

    Prices are per night for the whole villa. Services such as a chef or extra cleaning, the security deposit and the tourist tax are confirmed in your quote.
