Great experience with Azul. My 1st time in Mallorca and I was keen to avoid the usual rental companies. The entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Delivery and pick-up with Carlos was both punctual and pleasant.
I initially requested the white Mercedes E-Class, but when it wasn’t available, I was offered my 2nd choice (green) instead, new model and delivered in spotless condition. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I had great experience with Azul Cars, the service is indeed premium, there were water bottles and an apple usb c cable(which is gift) coming with the car. I have made a reservation for Mercedes AMG Convertible, however it was unavailable due to air conditioning issue. It was substituted with Mercedes AMG GLE, which was an upgrade free of charge, I only has to provide higher deposit.
