Son Brull Hotel & Spa occupies a beautifully restored 18th-century Jesuit monastery near the charming town of Pollença. The property was originally built in 1750 as a religious retreat and later converted to an agricultural estate. The Suau family, who have owned the property for generations, transformed it into a boutique hotel in 2003. The estate includes working vineyards and olive groves, producing wines and olive oil served at the hotel.
